New Delhi, Nov 09, 2023: Mr. Fahaad Bhat, the Founder and President of Being Humane Charitable Trust, called upon the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd), in a significant gathering at Ladakh Bhawan.
